I normally hit the MLK Parade in Miami every year, but since I moved I wont be able to make it. Every year the parade starts off nice, school bands, local leaders riding in convertable rentals or whatever – Then towards the end of the day an incident happens where someone gets hurt or killed by the police. How much have we improved ourselves since he gave his life fighting for equality?

Do we as a people REALLY realize what our brothers and sisters of the 50’s & 60’s accomplished? Sometimes when I look at the youth of today I wonder.

So I’m passing through the mall to pay a charge card at Dillards and I see this female looking at jeans. I scoped the area real quick, no brother with her so I step up and find out whats the deal. She is a college student, 22 years old and single. I asked her if she was interested in doing some modeling for me. Im relaxing today. That Rams/Panthers game was ridiculous! I was yelling at the TV wondering why the Rams coaching staff DIDNT spike the ball with 27 seconds left. Im sitting at the gas station waiting for the tank to fill up and these 2 fine gulz on vacation from Memphis asking for directions.
